Wir begegnen einander auf Augenhöhe, achten unterschiedliche Erfahrungen und Sichtweisen und gehen stets rücksichtsvoll miteinander um.
Selbsthilfeprinzip
Jeder Beitrag basiert auf der Idee von Unterstützung und Erfahrungsaustausch, nicht auf Besserwisserei oder Belehrung.
Wissenschaftlichkeit
Empfohlene Methoden, Strategien oder Informationen sollen auf anerkannten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen basieren.
Persönliche Erfahrungen dürfen geteilt werden – auch über wissenschaftliche Inhalte hinaus – sollten aber als solche gekennzeichnet sein (“Mir persönlich hat geholfen…”).
Keine Eigenwerbung oder Werbung für Dritte
Das Bewerben eigener Produkte, Dienstleistungen oder Angebote – ebenso wie Empfehlungen für Dritte – ist nicht erlaubt.
Keine Spendenaufrufe
Das Anfragen oder Veröffentlichen von Spendenaufrufen jeglicher Art ist nicht gestattet.
Ausnahmen
In besonderen Fällen kann eine Freigabe durch die Administratorin von ADHS Leben (Marie-Theres Kurz) erfolgen. Die Freigabe muss dazu vorab und schriftlich eingeholt werden.
Vertraulichkeit wahren
Alles, was in dieser Community geteilt wird, bleibt innerhalb der Gruppe. Informationen über andere Mitglieder dürfen nicht außerhalb weitergegeben werden.
Meldung von Verstößen
Um die Sicherheit aller Teilnehmenden und den respektvollen Umgang in unserer Community zu gewährleisten, können Verstöße gegen unsere Community Grundsätze jederzeit und von allen Teilnehmenden gemeldet werden. Das betrifft Beiträge, Kommentare, private Nachrichten oder das Verhalten einzelner Teilnehmer.
Jede Meldung dient dem Wohl aller Mitglieder und wird vertraulich behandelt.
Fair und transparent
Bei Verstößen gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen behalten wir uns vor, Beiträge zu löschen, Mitglieder zu verwarnen und bei wiederholten oder schweren Verstößen auch aus der Community auszuschließen.
